Purchasing policy


In-store inventory items: Refundable within 14 days.
Orders: Refundable or exchangeable within 30 days. Return charges may apply.



Returns and exchanges do not apply to cushions, bedding, custom-produced items and those labeled over 20% or "final sale", accepted as is, during pick-up or installation by our experts.

LOVASI reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy.

Returns of a defective or damaged item

Is the item defective or arrived damaged? It will be our pleasure to assist you in resolving the situation. Simply contact our customer service by phone at 514-543-0555 or by email at [email protected] within 3 business days of receiving your order. A member of our team will follow up with you. Items purchased online may be returned by mail or to the store where the pickup was made within 10 business days of receipt.


Original package

We take care to pack your items to avoid damage during transit. Please retain the labels and return your item in its original packaging. Products that have been returned must be in the same condition as they were when they were delivered to you or purchased in the store in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The customer will not be able to exchange, or be refunded, if the returned products are unfit for a new marketing, for example due to obvious degradation. Returns will only be accepted if the product return procedure is followed by the customer. Any product that has been damaged or returned without its original packaging by the customer will be refused and not refunded. It is at Lovasi's discretion to judge the good condition of a returned product.



Any refund request will be processed within seven working days of receipt of the return package. Please note that the refund will be credited to the original payment method after deducting shipping costs. You will be notified by email when the refund is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional processing time to credit your account.

All products are generally available within 1 to 3 weeks. The articles updated on are sub-projects subject to change. To get a more information about an item, please contact us by phone or email.

Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our stock, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, our team will contact you quickly and offering you an alternative or refund your payment.
