Purchasing policy

Returns of a defective or damaged item

The item is defective or arrived damaged? We will be happy to assist you in resolving the situation by making an exchange. Simply notify our customer service by phone at 514-543-0555 or by email at [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving your order. A member of our team will follow up with you. We take care to package your items to prevent damage during shipping. Please keep the labels and return your item in its original packaging. Any product that has been damaged or returned without its original packaging by the customer will be refused.

Warranty for Gus Modern products

All Gus* products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. You must have a valid proof of purchase for the item, indicating that it was purchased from a Gus* retailer. Warranty is void after resale. The warranty applies to standard household use and is guaranteed under normal maintenance conditions from the date of purchase. Upon determination of a warranty defect, Gus* Design Group Inc. reserves the right to replace or repair the product at its sole discretion. The decision will be based on the product itself, the level of damage, and the feasibility of an appropriate repair. The integrity of your Gus* furniture will remain intact over time provided it is used properly. Improper maintenance or use, improper storage, accident, abuse, neglect, commercial use or rental will void the warranty. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage due to improper cleaning, upholstery maintenance or misuse of recommended cleaning products.

Exchangeable items

A fee may apply for an exchange.

Non-Exchangeable: Cushions, bedding, plants, floor models and items reduced by more than 20% or labeled "final sale" are non-exchangeable.

Availability of items

Items are usually available within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on inventory at our partners. Items shown on boutiquelovasi.ca are subject to change. Despite our efforts to display an up-to-date inventory, some items that appear on boutiquelovasi.ca may not be available within 1 to 3 weeks. In this case, our team will contact you promptly to inform you.
